eMedsTM is a complete hardware and software solution, developed by and proprietary to Medical Arts Dispensary,
geared to long-term care and congregated living facilities.
Our eMedsTM system provides for electronic record keeping and information retrieval, combined with two-way
communication between nursing and medical staff with the pharmacy.

Our eMedsTM solution is provided to you through a rugged, durable and user-friendly wireless tablet PC.
- eMedsTM is a non-platform dependant software application
- The application interfaces directly with our MADfds system using strict encryption and security protocols, and provides an interactive electronic version of our established paper based reporting products: MARs, profiles and medication reviews
- The application allows for end-user (nursing and medical staff) communication of re-orders, changes in current orders, and addition of new orders in an unequivocally clear manner directly back to the pharmacy
- Our eMedsTM system includes bar-coded verification protocols for staff, resident as well as Readi-MedsTM packets
These security features allow validation and tracking of the user, as well as verification of appropriateness of the medications,
as pertaining to correct patient, as well as proper administration date and time.
